Muskegon to South Haven, Michigan

It was a pleasure to see the smiles of long time friends of Denny’s and now mine, Anita and Terry Strout, walking down the dock toward Dream Seeker; they are going to spend a few days cruising south with us. They not only brought their bright smiles, they brought warmer weather; at least for the afternoon. By evening, the heater was on again.

After a raucous night of reminiscing, resting and refreshment we sailed blissfully and calmly down Lake Michigan to South Haven. The winds blew again and weather concerns caused us to stay an extra day in South Haven. In just one day, the outside air temperature went from, “it’s freezing “ to  “put the air conditioner on”.

We had lunch at a South Haven dockside restaurant, while watching the seagulls, ducks and many obnoxious Canada geese. A maritime museum amused Terry and Denny while Anita and I enjoyed the boutique laden downtown.

We were all having such a good time I have been neglectful in writing the Blog.
